HEATING INSTRUCTIONS

For Cold Pickups or Leftovers

  1. Set oven to 225 degrees.
  2. Place pan in oven with the metal lid on. ( If given a plastic lid, replace it with foil.)
  3. Stir occasionally to ensure even heating.
  4. Heat to 165° and serve.
    • 1 – 4 pounds 30 minutes
    • 5 – 9 pounds 45 minutes
    • 10 pounds or more 60+ minutes
